The Cornelia redefines the word luxury in every corner, from the moment you walk through the entrance and are presented with a complimentary glass of champagne, to its futuristic atrium and the modern, stylish bars and restaurants, along lush carpeted corridors through to the elegantly furnished bedrooms swathed in vibrant colours. The emphasis at the Cornelia is definitely on elegance with distinct style.
The standard rooms are extensive, fully furnished to the specification expected from a five-star de-luxe hotel with designer decoration. All rooms offer internet connection free of charge, plus wireless connection is available in public areas. There are a range of different room options available (at a premium) including the Grand Deluxe Suites which boast a Jacuzzi and where Champagne is replenished on a daily basis free of charge! The Villa Junior Suites take luxury to a different level! Set in a beautifully landscaped environment a few hundred yards away from the main hotel building, they are serviced by their own separate restaurant, although guests can opt to dine in any of the hotel’s restaurants if they choose. Apart from the privacy that the villas provide, you would think that the main allure would be the Jacuzzi in each villa, however, it is the exclusive stairway and private quay directly into the pool that is the unique attraction.
To satisfy your culinary needs there is a buffet style restaurant plus three a-la-carte restaurants including one serving seafood. Eight bars provide liquid refreshment should you have obtained a thirst either from playing golf or using any of the multitude of sporting and fitness facilities on offer at the hotel and, should you have any energy left, the vibrant circular Salmakis disco awaits for you to dance the night away.
Apart from five swimming pools (including one indoor) other amenities include a two-lane bowling alley and a cinema.
